The hotels' team was attentive and active. I truly enjoyed nicely decorated room, it had an extremely comfy bed, air conditioner, an individual safe, and an iron.

Fairly clean hotel, appreciated to be right by local market and high class shops and restaurants, the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping and even a bus stop thanks to marvellous location. I had neat and nicely decorated room. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, everything was great. Fantastically friendly and amiable staff, gave a lot of tourist information.

The hotel had an incredible location near Saint Eugenie Church. Set in 5 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were attentive and active. It included great restaurant for meals and food was good.

had another great stay in biarritz and cosmopolitain was fantastic once again. comfy beds, good food, and a fantastic breakfast made my business stay enjoyable.

The hotel is fairly clean, nicely decorated and has particularly good and ideal location in the town center. The rooms are new-fashioned and neat, have hypoallergenic pillows. The staff are helpful, we really enjoyed them.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the market area and casino pedestrian Beach area. The vibe here was family.

Stayed here for nightlife and can recommend it. The hotel was quirky and the location was best possible close to the town center, beach and restaurants and numerous nightclubs and bars in Biarritz. The staff was especially helpful and caring.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious, well-decorated, and impeccably clean. Despite being located above a bar, there was no noise disturbance at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. the hotel's location in the heart of the town was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away and a variety of shops and cafes in the surrounding area.

There was no parking available at the hotel, which could be inconvenient for guests arriving by car. The pastries were particularly subpar and the overall cleanliness of the property left much to be desired.

We enjoyed this hotel, it was stylish and clean. The staff was all attentive and lively. The restaurant here was great for meals and food was good.

We where there for nightlife, and had a real good time. Our queen room had a safe box, central heating and an iron. The bed was comfortable, plus the bathroom was brilliant.
